What lands, and when
- Week 1 Measurement starts the day your access lands. The full crawl, where you rank, who outranks you, Search Console and live instrumentation. Your First Look arrives on day 5 with the technical fix list, so your developer can start in week one. We draft your question set and fact sheet from your calls, tickets and threads.
- Week 2 You sign the question set and the fact sheet, with the source printed against every question. Then the baseline runs, every question five times on six engines. Answers arrive engine by engine, and anything false about you is escalated the day we see it rather than held for the report.
- Week 3 Scoring, source classification and the competitor pass. The complete baseline pack lands and we walk you through both halves in an hour. Your 90 day roadmap is ranked by what the question is worth rather than by what is easy.
- Week 4 We correct your entity records and your knowledge graph, then claim and complete your listings. Nothing is needed from you. Tell us if you would rather we left a particular listing alone.
- Week 5 Category databases, registry and licence entries. We send correction requests to outside pages carrying something false about you. You get the log of every one.
- Week 6 The identical set runs again, same engines, same five runs, same settings, and you get the before and the after read together.

What does the Diagnostic cost?
$7,500, fixed. Your First Look lands on day five, the full report at week three, then we ship the fixes that don't need your team and rerun the same questions at week six. Credited against a retainer if you sign one within 60 days.
What do I walk away with?

How do you verify the findings?
Everything runs through the provider APIs, logged out, so a number means the same thing in October as it did in July. Logged in tracking isn't comparable: a personalized answer isn't reproducible, and two people asking the same question get different results.
Why does a human review every finding?
Automated checks produce false positives, and a confidently wrong finding with our name on it does more damage than a missing one. In our own testing, at least one finding in eleven didn't survive review. That review is most of what you're paying for.
Will you score our brand for trust or accuracy?
No. We won't give you a trust, safety or accuracy score, because none is defensible. Every finding names the engine, the date and the sources it cited. Our own research found readiness doesn't predict citation rate. It removes the reasons you can't be cited, which is worth real money on its own.
